Acessing SubTitles with DVD2one

I've just started using DVD2one and am very impressed with the amount of time saved.
I do, however, have one question about its use. Normally I've been saving one audio stream and one subtitle stream when compressing with DVD2one. Once I have the finalized movie on the DVD-R disc, how do I access the subtitle stream?

If you mean how do you show the subtitles when playing on your standalone DVD player, I can just press the "subtitle" button on my remote.
