When i use Helix producer Plus 9.01 ( that is the one i think i am using ), i try to input the sources file as a .DAT file ( i.e a VCD file ) But when i start encoding it stops at 3% at the first pass. Why is that??
Does Auto RV9 1.2 only support DVD2AVI project file as source??
Why doesn't Auto RV9 allow us to control target averge bitrate and maximum bitrate like in Helix Producer??
I have extract a charpter of Vob file ( video only ) on to my harddisk using DVDdcrepter. I open it up with DVD2AVI and save it to both AVI and project files. When i try to use the project file in AutoRV9 it jumps to a command line screen and then flash back to the GUI and nothing has been done. Why is that??
How do use a .vob as sources in Helix Producer?? Coz i don't want to convert thevob to AVI file first and then convert back to Real....
And so far all i can say is that Real beat Divx on Anime in every ( VCD to RM/ Divx ) test. And Divx need to have a good filter to be able to go up to a acceptable level. How ever still behind Real in low bitrate test.
I hope rv9 can open up a bit more, like directshow filter and user adjustable post processing.
