I know some people have been waiting for this. Well, just in time for the 2.5 beta, it's done. Many thanks to Kurt Mackey for all his help.

There's no automatic registration form (I suck at PHP, Kurt's busy, I wanted to get this out now and not have to worry about introducing security holes). So if you're interested in using this, please post here and then email me (richardb@avisynth.org) your preferred username/password so I can add you to the database.
Files you upload will be given URLs that look something like this (http://www.avisynth.org/FileHosting/users/richardb/files/IvtcBlend.avs). There is a 5MB quota in place, but I can be flexible.
Traditional shell accounts are also available if anyone wants a webpage, an email address, etc. No WWW interface, however: webspace access requires FTP; email uses standard POP3 + SMTP. Web pages appear at http://www.avisynth.org/~user_name; email addresses are simple user_name@avisynth.org.
