VobSub filter in VirtualDub

How to get a working VobSub filter in VirtualDub ?

I'am using VirtualDub ver.1.4.13. I have downloaded Vosub_2.23.exe to get Vobsub.dll installed. I have renamed Vobsub.dll in Vobsub.vdf and placed in the Plugin folder of VirtualDub.
When I want to load the VobSub filter I get the message:
VobSub.vdf does not contain VirtualDub Filters ?

Have a look again at the installer. You can select a option to install the VDub Filters. The dll installed should be the DircetShow Filter, and Vdub can't use this file.
