I think I found a bug!

I converted an ac3 to a mp3 file: without the --lowpass switch it works fine, with the swith i get a mp3 with no sound and ~32kbps

yes, that's possibly a bug caused by inconsistent struct of lame's gfp.
try your luck with lame_enc.dll v3.93, or better, use shibatch's superequ.

works fine with lame_enc.dll 3.93.1 although the bitrate is a little bit low now (126 kbps), i aimed for 135
how can i use "shibatch's superequ"?

it also seems that the switch "-ota( -G max )" is interpreted as "-ota( -hybridgain )" in besweet 1.5b12
If hybridgain is already stable this wouldnt be a problem, is it stable? or which gain method would you recommend?

-G max is hybridgain, and hybridgain is stable.

shibatch ?
