What I'm trying to do is this: combine a PAL video and audio stream with an NTSC subtitle stream. I can do this, but of course the timing is way off in the finished product. I need the NTSC subtitle stream because it is the only English language stream available for this particular title. The PAL audio stream is in Cantonese. So, if I get a *.sup file from VOBEDIT, how do I modify the timing/framerate to match with the PAL video and audio? I cannot find a utility that will open/convert *.sup files. Does such a utility exist?
While I'm on the subject, which utility produces a pair of files, ( *.sub & *.idx ), that can be opened in VobSubRip? Smart Ripper produces an *.idx file, but VobSubRip doesn't want to open it.
