Everything is great w/ my encodes, multiplex, audio stuff.. but where im stuck is what to set the quality settings at. my caps are real nice quality until they get encoded.. im using 2496 bitrate for avg and max and 300 for min.
Heres what my encodes come out as:

I tried to cap some of the different junk that clutters up my cap.. it looks far worse when watching it play as a vid then i could get the images to show..
Ive played w/ some of the settings in "Quality".. and i keep getting different results.. one time there will be less of one thing and more of another.. just can't find a good spot. any help would be greatly appreciated :)!
