Amazing "End Credits" vdub filter

I've not seen any posts on doom9 forum about that filter, so i decided to put some words here. You can get it here (http://corboot.nets.kz/files/EndCredits.zip). The readme is in russian, but using it is so easy... You just load it like a regular vdub filter and configure it like described on this page (http://mpeg.boom.ru/endcredits.htm). The page is in russian but screenshots are helpfull enough (i hope). By using "End credits" you can decrease the credits size to more than 10 times. My regular credits size is 3-4mb. And all text is clear and readable. Why? When you're using it you select so called "stop frames" and there are no moving objects between 2 "stop frames", so the compessibility increased dramatically...

Well it looks like this filter will translate a scrolling end credits into a slideshow of those same end credits.

I tried it on a non-scrolling end credits and it gives me a 3 times smaller end credits...754 kb compared to 2110 kb.
