CCE / Ifoedit Problem choppy playback.

I am trying to downsample the movie Ocean's Eleven (Region 2) using the "Getting the best out of CCE" guide. I have followed the guide exacly and everything seems to be working. The resulting .mpv / .m2v file plays fine in powerdvd. But when I remux the new video file using Ifoedit the final vobs play in slow motion and very choppy. I think I must be remuxing it wrong? I'm using the guide at the bottom of this page (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/ifoedit-basic.htm). Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I did Ocean´s eleven R2 and everything went fine. I had only troubles with extras (they were interlaced :angry: ) Do you remember your settings in CCE??? And is this choppy on PC or on TV only???
