1. Is it possible to get OGG chapter info so that if I I have 15 chapters and selectec chapters 6 to 10, the OGG chapter file will start on time 00:00:00.000?

2. Is it possible to save "stream processing" settings for all CDs?

Thanks :)

Just a suggestion...

It is also possible to add the ability to load IFO's from the hard drive. This is a good option to have if you've already ripped the disk to your hard drive, but then want to go back and demux video & audio streams, pull out chapters, etc.

I know we can use daemon tools and mount a virtual image, but it takes an extra step.

Allowing this fuctionality will make DVD Decryptor even more powerful.

Thanks.

dpcpro,

The idea is that instead of ripping all the files to your hdd for later processing, you rip to an iso.

You can then mount that as you so rightly said, in DAEMON Tools and work from there.

The program doesnt rely on the OS for anything and works at a lower level. That kinda stops me reading files from the hdd.

just another chapter-related issue:

I guess most people using MPEG4 create rips on 1 or 2 CDs, right?

So it would be nice to add an option to let the ripper split the output at a certain chapters, so we get two vobs: one for each CD.

Till now we have to deselect all chapters of a part, rip it, invert selection & rip again.

This would really be a great enhancment! Best would be if the Ripper could select the optimal position for this chapter-based cut automatically, means nearest to the half ot the movie.

What dou you think, Lightning_UK? Is this useful & easy to realize?

Thanks for attention
