Colors in NTSC & Colors in PAL

I've noticed sometimes that certains NTSC tv series and PAL tv series have differents "colors" when their masters weren filmed with "profesional" videotapes. For example, "The X-Files", "Simpsons" etc, looks equal in PAL and NTSC, but series likes "The fresh prince of Bel-Air", "The Golden Girls", "Married with children", even porno films, have diferrents colors or "incorrect" color when we wacht they in his PAL version.

Exist any filter to fix these incorrect colors in Vdub, Avysinth, etc, when we change from NTSC to PAL?
