I was wondering how to veiw a *.d2v in VirtualDub? I was told that virtualdub was a good program to check the d2v file but it does not seem to support the d2v format.

you cannot directly load D2V files into virtualdub. You need to go through a frameserver (such as AVIsynth or VFAPI). I highly reccomend AVIsynth. check the guides @ doom9, and you will get all the info you need.

You can load, view, play, and scroll .d2v files in Gordian Knot.

well gknot just exports an AVS file anyways, and loads that into v dub, right? unless you guys are just talking about doing a quick preview of the D2V in the gknot preview window..
