I would like to know which program is best for burning mpgs produced with:
cce - for video stream
lame - for audio
xmuxer used for muxing
i am asking as i get the mpg in perfect sync with no playback problems on the computer but once i burn it with nero (.99 not the last version) the films goes out of sync...
Any thoughts?

I am having the same problem. After ripping and converting to MPG the audio and video sync is fine, but then when I burn to DVD-R the sync goes off just a little but is still noticable. My burner is a Pioneer A05 and I am using Ulead DVD Movie factory to burn, if that makes any diffrence to anyone!
Thanks for any and all help...

I am using the pioneer a04 to burn to cds (As i want an svcd)!!!
There might be something here...
Does the original packet size of the video matter as i think cce uses 2048 while svcd needs 2324?!!!

I was told in another forum (on the VCDhelp page), that Ulead Movie Factory had that bug in it and that there was a patch, I am in the middle of trying it to see if it works, I sure hope it does these coasters with DVD-R's is getting to be a bit expensive!!!
