I need as much help as possible

I am facing problem when reencoding movie with CCE

I ripped the DVD, striped the unwanted audio and subtitle then reencoded with CCE.
Once it is finished, I reauthored with scenarist (if followed all the guides regarding the chapters, subtitles, etc...)
Everything is fine
Then I used IFOUpdate to update the original IFO file and then IFOEdit to get the VTS sectors
I tried to play the dvd files from power dvd by loading the VIDEO_TS files and everything is fine (access to scenes, extra, etc...)
But when I burn the DVD and play it in the DVD player, it does not play

This happens each time I use CCE/scenarist and when the IFO file has more than 1 PGC.
I tried the same method for the Thin Red line which has only one PGC and it worked fine on both the computer and the DVD player
So now it seems that my problem is when there is more than 1 PGC.

What is the solution ?
HEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Have you tried creating a disc image, then burn ? (use Imgtool) see doom9 downloads.

Then just "Burn disc image" This has got me out of problems several times.

you could re-create the ifo's for the movie and select it to make 1 pgcc with ifoedit , then try to recode the movie, I did this to get my cell times with training day which was multi pgcc :)

well If I remember correctly I had a loan of my nefews training day dvd , but I was very new to doing back ups so I ripped the main movie only as it was a warner bros dvd( check out threads reguarding WB movies ) and then I stripped it and split it to two folders ( vts01_01 ,02,03 (first folder )vts01-04, 05 (second folder)I then created ifo's for both folders with ifoedit subsiquently making 2 dvds which worked ok ( main movie only ).Now later on I wanted to re-encode with cce to make one disc but I only had the 2 discs I had done and not the original dvd ,so I ripped them both to new folders , deleted the ifo's they had and renamed the second discs vobs to be sequential with the first dvds vobs , moved them all to a new folder and then created new ifos and selected create 1 pgc let it do its thing and then opened up the new vts01 ifo with ifoedit select save cell times within tools , now I have all the correct chapter points from the original movie that I will use to author the new m2v file and ac3 audio complete with chapters , but I think it was a multi pgc because I had two title sets from the Two disc I created so I just recreated the original ( a bit long winded but It helped me get the chapter points back ,as I originally left it as create new pgc for each new vob Id and I couldnt get the chapter points then :) I hope this makes sence . I learned alot by doing this
