I have a few eminem musicvideo vobs from his dvd, but I want to know HOW it plays back in progressive, it has a 10010 pattern, and plays back only the progressive frames of that scene (in weave mode), then say it goes to a pure ntsc scene, it plays back in bob mode, and obviously deinterlaces it for playback. I have many many promotional video dvds with 10010 patterns, the same as eminem dvd. but it plays it back as interlaced, and deinterlaces all frames. and looks really bad! (nasty jagged edges). DVD2AVI shows the eminem vobs as XX% NTSC, and XX% FILM. and the other vobs like a mentioned above, as "NTSC". Can someone explain the differances here. Please excuse me if I am a total moron. Thanks.

well, I think they did inverse 3:2 pulldown. what is the advantage of doing that? And what exactly does it do.
