I am looking for a way to either add or edit the last vob file on disk1. Instead of the disk just stopping, it would display the "insert disk2" message. Have tried a couple different things without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Jstic,
I've thought about this little problem a few times (and come up with a few possibilities), buta I'm a bit a of a lazy so and so.
If no one responds to this question over the next few days, I'll give it some serious consideration.

PS you might not like the answer though.......

I probably won't, this appears to be a lot more difficult than I originally anticipated. Any help you can offer will be appreciated though.

I made mine using MGI VideoWave SE(which came free with Easy CD Creator 4). But I think that you can just use a sutitler filter with VDub to do it.

Making the video is not the problem, integrating it into the DVD is. Have you done this Radar?

No. You should just be able to use an MPEG2 encoder on the output from VDub(an alternative method would be to use a logo filter (http://shelob.mordor.net/dgraft/logo.html) with a bitmap of 'insert next disc'(in VDub) using this AVISynth filter to generate a blank AVI: BlankClip(length in frames, width, height, "RGB24", fps, 1, 0, FALSE, FALSE, 000000)). If you don't have an MPEG2 encoder then get bbmpeg (http://members.cox.net/beyeler/bbmpeg.html). Then just set it as the the thing that plays after the main movie is done. I'm no expert and I haven't tried this before so I don't know if this'll work.
