VCDs to DVD question?

How to split the sound files in VCDs MPGs?
so in DVD, i have 2 Audio Channel that i able to choose, one the full music and sound, the other is just the music.

this is a karaoke vcd. extract, demux(tmpg/mpegtools), decode(winamp etc.) to wave, then load it in a wave editor to do the mantage.
