program shuts down

I recently started to use the program, although i have used many of the parts of it before. i get this error when i run dvd2svcd in avi mode. any ideas useing w98se thank
DVD2SVCD caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL at 01d7:7800903e.

I found this link that may be of some help to you http://www.ati.com/support/infobase/3229.html or http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;q192123 basically it tells you that you have to get the latest version of MSVCRT.DLL.

To do this install the "Microsoft Libraries Update" from the Windows 98 Update page.
