SVCD Problem!!

I got several svcd files of the Lord of the ring TTT and did try to join them using TMPGenc as I wanted to make a one big mpeg file that can be converted into dvd format. However the mentioned mpeg file I did was out of sync and it just happened after i did joined them.So I need to know if there are other ways that I can join them apart from using TMPGenc which seemed to cause a little error to my mpeg file.
