I'm working on some DVD rips with DVD2SVCD and CCE 2.50 and I'm getting fairly good results on 4x VBR. However, some scenes in my rips get a little blurry so that faces seems to loose shape for a moment and then get sharp again (even though there's no fast camera movement).
To verify this I wanna upload a small excerpt to a server and let some ppl take a look at it. Problem is that I don't wanna upload a whole chapter as it is defined on DVD since those files are too large. As well, I'd only need about 10 secs or so to demonstrate the effect.
Now I've managed to open my ripped files with Virtualdub but I seem unable to extract a small scene and save it back to mpeg2 using direct stream copy since VirtualDub's save format is avi.
Any suggestions?
