Premature audio extraction stop in AVI2SVCD

For some reason the program stops extraction before it reaches the end of the track. While in other movies it works fine.Im sure that the audio track itself is fine , its just that the program just stops and continues to the next step. Is there anyway to force it to do the whole thing? Anything else I can try? thx in advance

Whenever this has happened to me the audio track has a problem with it. I can almost garuntee that it does have a problem even if you can't hear it. What I do to get around this is to demux and then remux it with Vdub. After that it seems to always work.
