please help...unaligned packet problem

I have been using this great program for along time and i am now running into something i can't find the answer to. I thought it was because i installed some software that had a conflict with dvd2svcd but i even formatted my hardrive and the problem still exists. I noticed that my bin file was coming out to be 913 mb when it should be 805 so after hours of looking through everything i decided to do some of the programs by "hand" i then found the problem is in the authoring of dvd2scvd. i used vcdeasy which uses vcdimager the same thing that dvd2svcd uses and it is giving me this error, having to add ?????mb due to unaligned packets. To me this would be taking place either in the encoding or in the muxxing.I have made sure that the settings in bbmpeg is set to svcd and in dvd2svcd on bbmpeg tab and on the misc tab it says dvd to mpeg2.Any help would be so much appreciated. thanks

sorry here is the log file. I was using all default settings for dvd2svcd.I did a few recoveries trying to find the problem but the ending result was 1 bin file at 914 mb and the other was 916mb.

okay, after many hours of working on this prob i have found out that it only does this when i use the frameselector to cut out part of the movies. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I really like that feature but i will not use it till i can figure out why it is having this problem. This is my first problem i have ever had and i have been using dvd2svcd since it was available. I use to do everything dvd2svcd does by hand but this program made it so very simple. Thanks for any info you can give.
