Auth_call.exe ERROR [Archive]

I just formated my HARDRIVE and installed DVD2SVCD v.1.0.9 build3 and when i load the DVD under CONVERSION I get a "Auth_call.exe has generated errors" message. I've tried UPGRADING to 1.1.01 build1C and that did NOTHING. I've also tried UNINSTALLING completely and verifying the folder was deleted after REBOOTING, re-installing and same thing. I've even downloaded another version to make sure mine wasn't corrupt....SAME THING... please help.

Have you tried installing the ASPI Drivers?
Usually fixes any problems.

What are "ASPI Drivers" and where can I get them..?? Thanks....

It doesn't say "you will need" them to fill space.
