Best audio interleave size (for XviD)?

Between how many frames/ms do you interleave the audio?

I want to know what is the optimal setting

Use AVImux and the default settings should work perfectly.

For MP3 is default the best, for AC3 I use 250/64 ms. Virtualdub, of course.

use vorbis or ac3 in ogg container. mux with virtualdubmod.

just couldn't keep my mouth shut because nobody said it before me :D
