Ok, although this isn't technically a "PC" hardware issue, I'm posting this here in hopes that someone can help provide my with some serious help. The DVD component, and S-Video inputs on my TV, a 27" Samsung flat screen, are causing all kinds of hell. My best guess is there is some kind of short somewhere back there, all the other inputs work fine (it looks like they're on a seperate piece). The problem though, is the color on the S-Video keeps going out (to B/W), and on the DVD component inputs i keep losing the color red (it goes green). I've tried everything, hoping it was just a cable. But it turns out that if you wiggle a wire, the color comes back. Personally, I don't have the patience to sit there and wiggle a wire to watch a movie. Since the TV is out of warranty (by a month or so), I was wondering if anyone had any expertise on how I could go about fixing this?
