DVDDecrypter and DaemonTools

Dear LIGHTNING UK!

I use the DVDDecypter to rip into .ISO file and than use DaemonTools
to mount it and then play it from WinDVD.

I have a strange problem,
when I skip forward while playing to the position over the middle
of the movie, the WinDVD suddently jump to the Chapter Menu,
this experience is not happening while play the DVD directly from
the DVD-ROM drive.

So which one is causing this problem ?
the DVDDecrypter ? DaemonTools ? or WinDVD ? ;)

Could you give me some ideas to resolve this problem ?

I would say its between DAEMON Tools and WinDVD.
Once its been ripped, its out of DVD Decrypters hands. Is it just a 'random access' problem? If you just jump forward a chapter, does that work ok?

I assume you have the latest versions of all the tools mentioned?

Yes, I guess it's DAEMON's problem too ;)
Even the latest one ver 3.29 still not help the problem.

Edit: This bug is submitted on the Daemon's forum. And it will fixed on the next release. :)

If I found the correct post on the DT forum, you're saying Alcohol works ok?
Well that is good, perhaps them fixing whatever the problem is in DAEMON Tools will fix problems I have had in the past!

Please forgive me :)

It was my fault, it's over than 4GB, so the .ISO is splited into 2 files. That's why the WinDVD can't jump to the certain chapter :)

The DaemonTool's bug is related with PowerDVD, not with the WinDVD :)

Bingo! I found the solution, thank you to the DVDDecrypter which could generate the .MDS file, mount the .MDS file use Alcohol 120% and the DaemonTools as well. All finally works very well ! :)
