Besweet and Scenarist Karaoke

I would like to know how can I use BeSweet to encode a audio file and create a karaoke DVD in Scenaris. Thanks for any help.

I have been using smartripper to rip the movie
then dvd2avi to get d2v and wav file
then tmpegnc to re-encode

then spruce up to author

I now want to try and keep the dolby digital 5.1 audio but am a bit lost off after reading all kindsa different stuff.

Can anyone please tell me an easy way to do it.
