Background pictures

I have here some video clips which I try to get on a DVD together with only a simple still menu. Disadvantage for me: I'm very uncreative in producing partly good-looking background pictures.

Question 1: Are there any sources which provide simple pictures like the ones I already own (http://www.planetcosmo.de.vu/dvd/) and are free for private use? Photos aren't necessary, just such nice computer art pics. Or maybe you have some and could zip and provide them here (only if they not break copyright rules).

Question 2: Are there any good plugins, which are usable with Photoshop to create such pics? I momentary only have Xenofex, EyeCandy and SuperBladePro.

If u like a background in a site just use it as an inspiration to create one similar for your own.
E-mail the webmaster. Maybe he'll be kind enough to let you use it.

Scan one from a magazine, a book, anything.
