Deleting one or more cells in a VOB

Since I can't find a guide for VOBEdit, can anyone point me to the process for deleting one or more cells from a VOB file?

Hi,
try open Vobedit, then open the Vob file you want. Choose demux and select cell. After that delete what you want and choose join cells ids ( upper left field ).
