What I mean is I use Spruce up because damn maestro doesn't like me. But anyways what I mean is I usally demux the video and audio file so I can rip all of the extra crap. Then I load the two into spruce up. I have two files...one m2v and one ac3. How do I get rid of the trailers in the ifo file. Do I open the IFO file that spruce up makes, or the original one and how do I put the chapters back in, sorry this may sound like alot but I need help. I tried to follow the guide on how to keep the original menu but that didn't work. Because I wasn't using the original vobs. Thanx

I'm not sure if I understood your problem correctly, but if you are saying that when you rip the m2v and ac3 file you have trailers and other crap too which you dont want, then you should use smartripper or dvddecryptor to rip your dvds and choose the movie only tab. That will eliminate everything except the main movie. As far as chapters go, Spruce-Up does not have an option to import the original chapter markers. The best you can do is print out the listings of where the original chapters are and add chapters manually in the appropriate places. If you want to add chapters automatically you will have to go back to using Maestro, which is a much better program anyway and also supports DTS which spruce-up doesnt.
Hope this helps.
