View Full Version : How Can My Movies Play In Standalone Dvd Player

HI TO EVERYONE.I HAVE SONY DRU - 500 DVD BURNER.I AM TRYING TO COPY SOME DVD MOVIES.THE ONLY BURNING SOFTWARE
THAT AFTERWARDS YOU CAN SEE THE MOVIE IN A STANDALONE DVD ARE GEAR PRO AND PRIMO DVD, THE FIRST WORKS ONLY WITH ABOUT 50% OF THE EXISTING DVD MOVIES AND THE 2NT CANT SEE MY SONY DVD. I HAVE TRIED NERO,RECORD NOW BUT THE COPYDVD"S PLAYS ONLY IN PC. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY OTHER BURNING SOFT SO I CAN SEE THEM ON STANDALONE.THANK YOU.

1) Please turn of caps lock.

2) Use imagetool or the disc image button in infoedit to creat a .img file.

3) Write the .img file with either dvd decrypter, primo dvd, record now etc.

look at ifoedits burning guides , I use record now max and have never had any of my disc fail in either my pc or stand alone set top box :)

I use either Nero dvdrom (udf) mode or PrimoDVD.

I have used Nero with no problems at all.

oops my bad

I am using DVD-video mode with files extracted/modifed by ifoedit.
