multiangle processing which one to use?

When I enabled multiangle processing in DVDDecrypter 3.1.3 to retain an angle versus ripping with DVDDecrypter and processing a single angle with IFOEdit .94, I got very different results. I know one works better than the other but I forgot which one worked better (Dumbo!).

In your experience which one works better? Or shouldn't it matter?

anyone? Well let me rephrase my question, when you want to eliminate multiangles and just keep one angle, what do you use? Do you do it in DVDDecrypter or in IFOEdit?
