I downloaded two versions of Star Wars Episode II from KaZaA. The first is only the video compressed with Xvid and no audio track. The second has both video (DivX) and audio (MPEG Layer-3). I want to take audio from the DivX version of Episode II and add it to the loan Xvid video of Episode II. Now that said I need to know how to seperate MPEG Layer-3 Audio from the DivX Video so I can use Nudub to and it to the Xvid video. Help please tell me how or were there is information on how to do this. Thanks

Did you read the forum rules? Try rule 1: read the guide and the FAQ.
The last question in the FAQ may be of interest for you.
And: that xvid version floating around _has_ a soundtrack - it's the AC3 stream...

Kyo are trying to ask if I did or did not download this move or the software to edit it? Because I downloaded both.

Koepi sorry I wrote this in the wrong forum area and thank you for pointing me in the right direction as far as the audio FAQ section.
