AVISynth Error

I have been using AVISynth 2.07 since it can out and never had a problem. Since yesterday or so I can not open an AVS file. I get this error in the picture when I goto open the AVS in VD or CCE.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled with nothing happening but this error again.

Any ideas as to what to do or what I did for this to happen?

The classic problem with AviSynth 2.07 is the plugin directory feature. Try removing the last plugins you installed or all but the nessesary ones, well or all of the (sorry), and see it that helps.

PS I removed all of them once and then added them back one at a time until I found the culprits.

another thing I noticed is the avs examples that come with dividees mpeg3dec should not be put in the plugins directory. I like to make a separate folder for the sample avs files.
