Deleting Leftover files

I have made a couple DVD to SVCD CD's using DVD2SVCD and it worked great with the default settings!

My question is: When you are done with making your SVCD and no
longer need any of the files that are created in the movie folder or your selected output folder is is OK to delete all these created files?

I did a search on this but could not find an answer!

Once you have created the SVCD and burned it to disc, then you can delete all the files that were created in your default movie folder.
