Here is an option to backup Minority Report using Rempeg2
The video problem occurs in some Cell ids....so you first Demux all the Cell Ids with VobEdit and then you can try trasncoding some of the cells with Rempeg2.....

You're right, dgm:
Most of WB movies need to demux the first Vob-Id (and sometimes the second) and transcode it individually with Rempeg. The rest of the movie's Vob-Ids, you can transcode it with cffl file without problems.
Then you can remux it and join the VOB-IDs with VobEdit.
Finally use IFOEDIT.

If the Vob-Ids demux doesn't work, then try to Demux the Cell-Ids. Lot of work, but this is an infallible method.

Examples:
The Insider R4, need to demux and transcode individually the VOB-IDs 1 to 4, and the rest of the 29 VOB-IDs using the cffl file.

1 Million $ Hotel R4, needs to demux the Vob-Ids 1 to 7. Transcode individually the Vob-Ids from 1 to 5. Then transcode the Vob-Id 6 and 7 (without the Vob/Cell Id 7/13) with cffl file. Because the problem is caused by the Vob-Ids 1,2 and the Vob/Cell Id # 7/13.

you should try cce , I had a similar problem with rempeg ,it was the minority report that finally made me change , it seems quite hard at first , but I got a great guide from fukrulz.com which broke it down very easily ( method 4), it will help you no end ,you will end up with a m2v video stream and an Ac3 audio stream get them back together using ifoedits dvd author option :p

Minority Report is a dreamscape movie.

I have had no problem using rempeg2 with dreamscape titles.

I have a perfect copy of minority report.

Infoedit 095 movie only
Rempeg at 68%. all other settings default except match source.

I have had multiple problems with warner brothers, paramount and 20th century fox titles

Hope this helps

Are you sure that your movie is totally ok?
You see it completely and you didnt see jerky parts?
What exact settings do you used with Minority Report

The movie is perfect, no pixelation no jerkey sceens.

Ifoedit 095
Rempeg 152
Match source gradient 720 x 480
brightness plus 8

all other setting`s default
compression 68%

I was reading in another forum that the DVD may have a minor error in a few places which causes pixelation. They recomment trying another dvd or re-ripping.

I hope this is of help

I have a similar problem with last of the mohicans which has been done succesfully by others.

I transcoded minority report at 61% scale factor using rempeg. Quality is still good. no pixelation whatsoever.

What were your settings w/ remeg? I had some problems but it took two(2) tries. Also I've accidently erased my version of remeg and can't seem to locate it on any site. However I did scaled down to 60%. No other progs running. set your priority to high. you'll need it. if all else fails email me and I'll send it to you.
