Mpg2 -> Vob

Please help, I have just got myself a DVD burner (Pioneer 104), I have managed to figure out how to copy films (thanks to this great forum), but I am stuck. I have downloaded some DivX films, I have converted them to the DVD Standard mpeg2 using the first concept plugins (with Vegas Video 3).
How do I get my mpg2 files into vobs so I can actually burn them on a DVD-R so I can watch the films on my standalone unit.
Or is there another way of creating the discs? (I'm using the latest nero at the mo).
