AOTC - audio out-of-sync

I've seen a few audio sync issues here, so I thought I would post mine as well since Ive tried several methods to no avail...

StarwarsII - AOTC:
rempeg2 creates flicker problems in scenes that tmpg fixes however Im having audio sync issues.

Tried importing tmp txt file, I frames, pulldown, etc but no luck.

DVDDecrypt-
DVDtoavi - .d2v
Ifoedit - created tmpg templated
TMPG - load .d2v and tmpg template txt file.

any ideas?
