HELP: subtitle problem with Maestro

I followed the manual on this site extracted the subtitles with subrip. When I import the subtitles in DVDMaestro I only get the subtitles with a timestamp bigger than 1 hour. The second problem is that in the end product this first hour is forgotten.

Subrip resulted in a son file (i copied a small part of this file at the end of the message) and 1050 bitmaps. In Meastro my first subtitle was bitmap 625 with timestamp 01:00:06:21. This subtile is displayed at timestamp 00:00:06:21. How can I import all the subtitle in such a way that they are displayed at the correct timestamp
