CCE file

Everytime I open CCE it asks for a *.ecl file. I don't know exactly where this file is created. using DVD_decrypter it creates a file with a different extension. can someone tell me where this file is to be created. I have these programs.

DVD Decrypter
Ifoedit 95
Tmpegnc Plus
Rempeg 2
Vobedit
DVD2AVI

When using "Open" from the menu it is looking for a CCE project file (encoder control list). Instead, right click on the white area and select "add" to select files that you want to encode.
