animated subpics

Hi all,

not sure if anyone has already seen disc 2 of spiderman collectors edition. anyway, they use some kind of animated subpics. Does anyone know how to achive this? any help much apreciated.

Have you looked at the subs files for spiderman? There are about 1.8 Gigs of subtitles. I believe each animated frame is its own subtitle, and the position is just moved. If you extract the subs, that is what you get....
