I have a 16:9 Television, and I'm trying to create a DVD that is flagged for that type of TV. I am using Tmpeg to encode an mpeg-2 from an .avi file. I use the wizzard, but when I go the advanced options I can't change the output video aspect ratio under the Video tab. Can someone give me some detailed instructions on how to encode the Mpeg-2 properly so that my authoring program (Dvdit PE) will b eable to flag it as 16:9?
Thanks all

First select the appropriate template like you did, and select the template unlock.mcf after that.

I don't understand, are you talking about in the Wizzzard? How do I select that second template?

No not the wizzard, I never use that. Just select load-->svcd.mcf (like you do when using the wizzard), and after that you select load-->extra-->unlock.mcf. If you select settings after this you see that you can change everything.
