HELP!!!!! i am trying to convert DVD9 to DVD5. in easy steps

1) rip dvd using dvd decrypter
2) make project and demux audio using DVD2AVI
3) Create M2V file using TMPGenc 2.5 (wizard) DVD PAL format

I have a Athalon palomino 2Ghz with 512 Mb of memory. The problem I have is I cant seem to get the audio to sync. Its either at start or drifts out within first minute or two.

I have tried REMPEG but it takes over a day to convert an I really like the above way. What the hell am I doing wrong???

please, please help :o)

Cheers guys
