Remove Video file in the TimeLine

Can some one help to remove Video file in the Timeline. Greately appreciated for any helps or guides. Thank you for your time.

In Maestro, highlight the Video file (the line around it will go RED) and then, would you believe, you hit the DELETE key on your keyboard. Gone.
