i transcoded a movie (harts_war) the movie was a little big so i used a quality of 80% now when i play the movie using ioedit internal player the movie runs choppy and very blurred.
i'm running an o/c system but this is not my first transcode so... you can forget suggesting running it at stock. i really don't want to transcode again, as it will take 8 hours.
oh and if there is a better program that rempeg2 let me know!!!

Get CCE, Rempeg works for some movies but others have problems. What did you use to remux the video/audio?

You'll need an authoring program or any other program that can mux audio/video. I use Maestro and Sonic Scenarist. I don't recall if IFOedit .95 fixed the issue with muxing CCE output.
