howto.. merge 2 IFOs into one?!

hoi...
got a Music-DVD here...
several Title-sets on it..

the main live title-set + menu i wanna press on the first DVD.
no prob....

but the 2 title-sets left i wanna merge em..
so i can view em as one film...

is there a possibility, easy way (or prog)
merging the 2 IFO-files of the title-sets?
like adding the chapters of the 2nd title-set to the first?


PS.. its my first thread and im quite a noob in DVD-burning & Authoring.. if my request is stoopid, not possible punish me with a big NO, BOOH or whatever ;)
