Anyone successfully back up their Back to Future 2 DVD?

Smartripper and dvd decrypter error out reading Back to Future 2 DVD around 60-68 percent.
Even tryed DVDXCOPY as last resort and it errors out reading it as well at 68 percent. DISC runs fine in dvd player and obviously new no stratchs.
New protection or bad retail release copy?

What is the error dvd decrypter throws out?
Its probably just a dodgy disc. Take it back and get it exchanged.
When DVD Decrypter errors out, its because of the drive. No program will do any better if its the hardware having the problem. That might save you an hour testing all the various programs!
