I have been using NVDVD player for DVD playback and I think it is an absolutely great DVD player!
It is the first DVD player that has such a good audio playback filter. I can change almost every aspect of the sound. It even has an equalizer built in and many, many more exciting features regarding audio and speaker setup. Intervideo’s decoding filters are ok, but you can’t change a damn thing!.
When I open my avi-AC3 with graphedit (after having installed NVDVD), as an audio decoder filter it is showing the NVDVD’s filter, but when I playback the file with bsplayer, it uses the intervideo filter!!. Media player 6.4 doesn’t playback the file at all (it actually never did!)
What I want to know is if I can use the NVDVD’s audio filter to decode my DivX-AC3 (!) rips, and also make it the default one. (apparently, from what graphedit says, it should be the default one)
If anyone knows a way to do it, I would like him/her to explain it in great detail. As a DivX player, I like using BSplayer (if this has any relation with the procedure). I would also want to try zoomplayer but it is really hard to use!
PS1 I am aware of the fact that there are also other great filters like AC3Filter v0.55
PS2 Can you recommend any other easy-to-use players?
