I am looking 4 anime filters like removing duplicate frames and sharpening filters 4 anime in YV12 version can any one help???

If by removing duplicate frames you mean for a fixed decimation rate, such as remove 1 duplicate in every 5, then you can use Decimate() from the Decomb package.

The decomb yv12 zip doesn't have the instruction and etc I need!!! I know that it is found on the non yv12 ver but where can I find that file can u give me the link thanks

@kris2pe: please, in the future, try being more specific with what you want & where you find the help files (or even the forum information) deficient...

...This thread isn't a good way to start after your suspension...

I haven't released a new help file yet, but the DecombYV12 thread documented the differences. There are no differences for Decimate() syntax, so use the old help file for parameter descriptions.

Failing that you could try using the Dup and Msharpen plugins found at Donald's site
