I have encoded stream -=> AVI: DIV3 and ABR MP3
when was muxed some unknown delay was used for the audio
Let's say now I wanna re-encode the audio I extract it by VDUB ,. Right???? and Re-encode it .. okay now do I need to mux the new audio with video with delay or not and if yes, how this delay can be known?

RTFM about synching, do a Crtl+I in VirtualDub and use the Audio skew correction.

I don't know if finding that value is possible, I guess you can try using the skew correction in small steps to find if it gets in synch, sAXIn.
